Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Processing time may vary during busy seasons or special promotions.

If you need an item urgently, please email us at gaglianoinstrument@gmail.com before placing your order — we’ll check if there’s a local dealer near you that carries the product or if faster arrangements can be made.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $9.95 for all orders within the United States

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after the order is processed

We currently offer standard shipping only. Expedited or overnight delivery is not available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Area

At this time, Gagliano Instrument ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item.
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement when possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned, refused, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, the customer is responsible for both the original and return shipping costs.
Gagliano Instrument is not responsible for delays or losses caused by address errors.
