Gagliano Instrument — Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and tags included.

  • Returns must be shipped back securely to prevent damage in transit.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Used, damaged, or altered items cannot be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Rosin, strings, cleaning products, and other consumables once opened

  • Special-order or custom items

  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Email us at gaglianoinstrument@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return.

  3. We’ll reply with return instructions and shipping address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue your refund to the original payment method (typically within 3–5 business days).

Return Shipping Cost

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other customer error, the buyer is responsible for both-way shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us first at gaglianoinstrument@gmail.com.
We’ll help confirm availability and provide instructions for a smooth exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll replace or resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost.
